I just received a supposed RTF helicopter made by Roban, uses Roban X2 Flight Controller (ardupilot F407)
There is ZERO information from Roban related to the Flight controller so I am picking directions on uncharted terrain for me.
So far I downloaded the Mission Planner, but I would think I do need a driver in order to connect the X2 to the Mission planner…which driver and were to get it?
I don’t want to change any parameters but would like to calibrate the M10N GPS
Thanks you for any help, again, I am very new to this platform

Hi Ed and welcome to ArduPilot!
I am not familiar with a Roban X2 Flight controller but I see in one of the pictures for their Airwolf model the flight controller and sure enough it is labeled Roban X2. For most flight controllers that support ardupilot, you should be able to download mission planner and install it on your computer. When mission planner installs, it should load all of the drivers necessary to interface with flight controller via USB. So plug a USB cord into the flight controller. It typically takes a Micro USB or a USB C type plug and then plug the other end into your computer. Wait for about 30 seconds for the FC to boot. In the upper right corner of the mission planner screen, use the pull down for the comm port and select the one that is labeled Mavlink. then hit the connect button beside the pull down. It should connect to the flight controller.
