No you can not. You need to use ArduPilot or Px4 firmware to be able to use QGroundControl

UGCS will work with DJI and Ardupilot or Px4.

Thank you But ugcs is expensive. Is there an alternative?

So is the M300.

I have seen an android patch that would let you run QGC for a Mavic. It was sketchy and I question how reliable. I don’t know if it would work on an M300. I’m not sure I’d want to risk an M300/350 on something like that. UGCS is expensive because it works and you can trust it.
