Does my gps need an i2c connection

my gps is connected to both the 12c and gps ports of the pixhawk and i need the i2c for a pitot tube that we recently bought. can i safely unplug the gps from i2c since it is already connected to gps port on pixhawk? or am i forced to buy an i2c splitter

GPS does not use i2c, what uses i2c is the magnetometer inside the gps enclosure. So you can safely disconnect it if you don’t use the magnetometer inside gps.

any other way or parameter change that we use of i2c
and there we assign CAN port for for airspeed sensors

Just use an I2C splitter.

You can’t modify an I2C port to magically use CAN hardware or vice versa. The hardware requirements are quite different.
