Does Auto Tune adjust the trims, or should this be done using Save Trim or AutoTrim?
No it doesn’t adjust the trims, and you shouldn’t have any trims set for your controls either. Deviations from what is configured during radio calibration in Initial Setup are interpreted as command inputs by ArduCopter.
