Does ArduRover 4.1 support the arming rudder capability?

I can arm the vehicle from Mission Planner, but not from the arming rudder feature.

I’d like to be able to arm from the transmitter or Mission Planner.

Use switch arming. It’s common with a Rover. RCx_OPTION 41
