Do_change_speed Two columns

Hi everyone
I am new to Mission Planner and I hope I can find some help here.
The version I am using is 1.3.48
I would like to set up the speed using DO_CHANGE_SPEED.
Two columns are appearing.
Why are there two columns for the speed? What is the purpose?
which one should I use to set up my UAV speed?

this is to support legacy autopilot versions. enter the same number in both to be sure.
