DO_CHANGE_SPEED no longer in affect after resuming from Brake Mode

Hi all,

In SITL, i am testing out the brake mode will performing an auto flight.

The default speed on the copter is 10m/s and I did a do_change_speed command at the start of the mission to reduce it to 5m/s. In between waypoints, I set Brake Mode and it works well. However, when I set back the mode to auto (resume), the speed goes back to the default.

Is this a known issue? I like the speed to stay 5m/s after resuming.
