Do 433Mhz radios leak much in the 900Mhz range (for my VTX)?

I’ve noticed that my 433Mhz telemetry radios (V1), leak onto the 900Mhz range where I have my video TX.

Are others using a filter on both sides (the telemetry radio on my laptop side also seems to mess up the 915Mhz reception for my VTX) ?

Pictures of my build if that helps:

There is maybe 70cm between the radio and the VTX.
Both antennas are pointing up since horizontal polarization would give me huge dead spots if my plane flies at 90 degree from me and the RX and TX antennas end up being a a 90 degree angle.

Are there other ways to do this?

Thanks.

the waves can be doubled or tripled or mixed in the air.

So it’s normal that the the radio in 900Mhz range will be interfered.

Cover your receiver with some aluminium foil.

Err

  1. they are both transmitters on the plane
  2. if I put foil on top, it’ll stop the transmitter from working
