DJI S800 with Pixhack V3 - Motor behaviour during Yaw

Hello

Running DJI S800 with Pixhack v3 and Arducopter 4.5.4
During Yaw motor 5 is going to Minimum 1200Us and motor 6 is going up to almost maximum. I already X-changed the arms (Motor & ESC) but same behaviour. The problem occurs when I yaw during flight in CCW direction, but not when I Yaw in CW direction.
I also checked whether propeller are aligned to each other, but they are OK.

Would be nice If somebody can have a look at he Log-file and it would be great if somebody identifies the root cause. Before I was on version 4.3.x. Can not remember that I had that issue.

@Harald
If it does fly in a stable manner without yawing this is not a firmware nor a configuration issue.
This is an hardware issue: one of the motors is slightly twisted.

Thanks for the quick reply. I thought the same with twisted motor. That is the reason why I exchanged the whole arm with motor and ESC. The problem stayed with the position and did not move somehow with the arm change

Make photos of the tip to tip propeller alignment

Thanks for dealing with that issue. Please find attached the tip to tip fotos

Are you measuring the distance from ground to prop tip?

No. It is only that you see how much the difference is. It is not measured from the floor. But i can do, if it helps

What do you rhink. Are the small differences Ok, or can they be the issue? If not, one else could it be?

I think those differences are significant and should be addressed

Check for damaged/bent propellers as well. Depending on material slightly bend them with your fingers to see if a blade is floppier than the others. Especially large props can easily pass the yield point if enough force is applied during a crash or rough handling.
