DistToMAV - what does it mean?

The number seems to be the distance to the RTL location. Is this correct? What does MAV stand for?

DistToMAV = DistToUAV

Dist To UAV from Home Location ??

if yes , then it’s same as DistToHome ??

yes dist to mav = dist to home
uav implies it flys. which means its not a rover, this is why MAV is used

But doesn’t MAV also imply that it flies?

Does this mean it also takes vertical distance into account? Does dist to home already do?
