Debugging RFD900+ issue

Hi

Can anyone suggest approaches to this… I have 2 RDF900+ ground modems that I’m connecting to the same plane with. Both connect, both appear to function fine, but on the same mission 1 looses connection and the other doesn’t - again, everything in the system is identical except the 2 different ground modems and the one looses connection and the other doesn’t.

I’ve screenshoted the info that appears when I “load settings” in the RFD software but there aren’t obvious differences other than the RSSI information which I don’t think shows any settings does it?!

Maybe I’m not understanding your config, but it sounds like you’re trying to run three radios at the same time - one in the air and two on the ground - and expecting both ground ones to work simultaneously?

If so, that’s not going to work with the single-point firmware you have installed. You’ll need the “Multipoint” firmware for that to work.

If you only power up ONE ground radio at a time, does it work?
