Current draw at I2C port

How much current can we draw form the I2C port?
I have a regular PIXHAWK with the Power Modul connected.
I have a LIDAR and a Precision cam consuming together roughly 250mA.
Is this too much? Should I add and external 5V BEC?

I had a very hard time searching for the info too.

interestingly, the document suggests users connect sensors and sensors directly to the carrier board.

really good question. i have the same question with Pixhawk4. I wanted to have a look at the shematics, but there are none available. So much for open hardware.
