Cube Orange and BDShot: Running Motor and no ESC values in logfile

I have a problem with bidirectional DShot (BDShot) on a Cube Orange with Arduplane 4.5.6.
It is a VTOL with three motors. The ESCs are connected to AUX10, AUX11 and AUX12. If I set SERVO_BLH_BDMASK = 0, the motors run, but I get no ESC values in the log file and if I set SERVO_BLH_BDMASK = 3584, the motors do not start. What am I doing wrong? Here is a log file.

What kind of ESCs do you have? What firmware are they running?
