CUAV Customer Support review

For those that have read any of my threads, You probably have come to know I really like the CUAV hardware.

Recently I ordered a Neo Pro V2 CAN GPS from store.cuav.net.

The GPS arrived a few days later. There seems to be a hardware issue with it.

I wrote Lindy at CUAV, and after a little diagnosing we found out there was a possible hardware issue. She immediately offered to send out a new GPS to replace the defective one.

I can’t say enough good things about the CUAV folks and the support I get from them.
