Crashes when switching to advanced Mode; Missing Icons

Hello,

I am using 2.0.18 on Windows 7. After start, the QUI is missing Icons:

After resizing the icons appear, but they are not really readable:

Finally, when switching to Advanced Mode, APM crashes.

sometimes, the crashes even appear when just entering some a Menu, so I am not sure whether the Crah is related to the Advanced Mode, or whether it is just the working in the Menus, that makes it crash.

How can I debug this?

Same problem as above poster.
Also before I had this problem I was using the .20 version (latest at time of post) and apmplanner2.exe would crash at startup everytime in the opengl file ( ig4icd32.dll) , updating my intel and nvidia drivers did not fix the problem. So i downgraded to version .16, and now this is the screen i get as above.
