CRASH Y6B Flip In PosHold

Stock Y6B flying fine in Stabilise just flipped over in PosHold after about 30 seconds. My initial feeling is that a motor oe ESC failed but when I look at the logs I think that the increase in Throttle on the from left arm was due to some other error.

Can someone look and confirm? It fly fine in Stabilise but just flipped in PosHold.
I have checked calibration of ESC’s etc. I do have a high Z Axial compass offset, could that be the cause of the issue?

Did you ever get your high Z axis problem with your compass resolved? I have a value of around 450 on my PixHawk right now in Z and I’m getting a Prearm compass calibration error in MP.
