Premier vol, premier crash kds 450 minipix, tube de queue tordue, deux servos hs,le rotor a démarré normalement et s’est emballé. Je ne trouve pas pourquoi ?

I noticed in your photos that the swashplate is a H3-120 reversed. Looking at the swashplate parameters, you have enabled the generic swashplate and you set your servo positions.
H_SW_H3_SV1_POS,-120
H_SW_H3_SV2_POS,120
H_SW_H3_SV3_POS,0
These servo positions are incorrect for your swashplate type.
Instead, you should have selected the H3-120 swashplate. You may have had to reverse the collective direction (H_SW_COL_DIR) to get the proper response.
I am fairly confident that this caused the crash.
