Plane gave roll command at takeoff and crashed.
Can you examine log file and any advice reason of this crash please?

Generally I’d say it was too slow and stalled.
Am I correct this was a rolling take off, and not a hand launch? If so, you could look at adjusting:
TKOFF_ROTATE_SPD
TKOFF_TDRAG_SPD1
TKOFF_TDRAG_ELEV
You might need to keep the plane on the ground a little bit longer, or reduce the initial amount of pitch so it speeds up. You could also reduce TKOFF_LVL_PITCH to maybe 10.
