Crased during position hold

My self anil.
I have done few auto flight (Old_Data), it was a good flight’s but after two days i wanted to, do the same, the aircraft was yawing in the initial flight, to check i have put the quad in poition hold but my quad got crashed after some time.
I am flying my quad, with pixhawk 4 (copter v4.0.2).
