CPU load warnings during flight in VTOL with CUAV V5+

I’m usign CUAV V5+ in some VTOL plane. After I made update to v4.4.4 I had warnings on Mission Planner during flights about CPU load. In logs there is some peaks (not so many as I had warnings on GCS) on PM Load screen. Before I was using 4.1 and there was no issue.

Then I changed to v4.5 and make a stationary test. Problem still exist.
I switch off all loging and it not resolve a problem with CPU on the GCS screen.

What would be a reason? I’m wondering is it safe to fly?

We are having the exact same issue. When taking off and landing a red CPU indicator flickers on and off on Mission Planner. About 38% into the tlog. Here is the tlog and bin: 40.67 MB file on MEGA

We’re all unsure if it’s safe to fly.
