Your vehicle lost power on “motor 2” - typically an ESC failure, a motor seizing or a bullet plug coming loose.
I suggest marking each of the ESCs and then testing them in turn. My guess is you will find the one corresponding to motor2 is dead.

Yes that looks like it stopped working at this point.
Because its a Coax Octocopter, this would normally not cause the crash, even if motor2 stopped working. I think in this case one the parachute ropes hooked to this rotor and caused the system failure, that could explain, that the parachute deploy command was send, but the parachute didnt deployed correctly…
Am going to check the hardware( esc ) now…
