Copter crashes during autotune

I was performing an autotune on my new Tarot X6 with Pixhawk 3.2.1 and short after a few roll tests it suddendly shots over to the right and chrashes in about 45° into the ground. Damage is repairable, but i dont want that this happend again.

Most of these are caused by motor sync issues where the auto tune request a sudden change in motor speed and that motor locks up causing the crash. Need motor speck info. Slow motors with large props seems to be the issue.

I use Tiger Motors MN3510-15-630kv mit 4s und 14"x4.7 carbon props.
So do i have to do an esc calibration again ?
