the copter isnt stable
i think the problem is at the esc - got 35 a t motor esc with bl_haili32

Provide a link to .bin flight log. What that shows is typical of an untuned craft and/or one on default parameters.
And don’t double post.
I get the shakes once in a blue moon with same issue and noise. Recommending try tuning down the pids see my video in Realfight below.
Would be worth setting up a knob to do it realtime but I just manually turn it down and test fly.
If it does not go away completely as normally it does you can try VTOLQuickTune. After quicktune if it feels soft you can up the slider a tad. If your in the a tight space I recommend you adjust in small increments.
