We’ve just released Copter-4.3.8 and it can be installed using Mission Planner (see below) or it can be manually downloaded from firmware.ardupilot.org.
The changes vs 4.3.7 are in the ReleaseNotes and copied below.

The upgrade from 4.3.x should be relatively painless, no need to backup/restore parameters or re-tune the vehicle.
