Copter 3.1 tuning problem

Hi!
How to decrease minimal possible value for Stab P parameters for 2, or, better, 1? With current minimal 3, my quad still oscillate and overshot by all axes, R,P and Y.

Just set the value you want using any decent GCS software. Try apmplanner2 or qgroundcontrol or MAVProxy
