Is there a way to upload a list of coordinates to mission planner instead of clicking points on a map ?
Sure. Open a saved Waypoint file and it will be obvious which fields to edit. Do so, save it and load it.
A small additional note: Mission Planner doesn’t care about the waypoint number at the beginning of each line. It will renumber them in the order they are listed. That is helpful in case you want to edit a file with a text editor and move lines around. You can ignore the waypoint number as you do.

Some of the files i click says invalid WP file , is there a specific way point file that i should open ?
