Controlling vehicle operation through game remote sensing failed

I hope to use game remote sensing to control the operation of remote control cars through the ground station. but failed.
First I have a computer and ground station connected to game telemetry. My remote control car is equipped with 4G function and has been connected to the ground station through the server. The remote control has been correctly read by the ground station, but when I push the remote sensor, nothing happens, and there is no data in the remote control calibration interface. Is this what is the reason.
In addition, I sometimes use this method to control drones. Sometimes it can take over successfully, but more often than not, it will be unresponsive just like controlling a car. In addition to plugging in the remote sensing, setting the channel, and clicking Start, are there any other settings required?
