Connect & transmit data from anticollision-system to ground

Hi there

I have an anticollision system for gliders (in Switzerland only) that connects the sensor by rs232 with its display. Not comfortable in a drone. My idea: connect the system to a free telemetrie port (after shifting to ttl-level) and let mavlink do the transport to ground and bring there the data to the display. The connection speed is 19200, and finally not a lot of data.

Is this possible? What needs to be done in the pixhawk/apm, and how can I access the data on ground?
