Not sure what you are asking BUT I have just ported Arducopter 4.4.4 with Bluejay to a SpeedyBee F405 mini stack.
To get the Arducopter basic LED indications I selected NeoPixal in NFT fuction and found Servo port 5 was connected to the LED pins on the board, select NeoPixal1 in the pull down menu for Servo pin function.
The V3 may be different but I doubt it?
