Config Error:Failed to update IO Firmware

What version are you using? Usually this can be fixed by holding down the safety switch while booting

I am using V4.5.7 Version.
I am holding down the safety switch while booting, But it not fixed.
What is the issue please help me ?

With those settings try reinstalling 4.4 and checking its ok then upgrade to 4.5 again

Same Error is showing, When I am reinstalling 4.4.4 version.

I think you should contact CubePilot - your board may be defective
