Hi,
I was trying to calibrate a pixhawk 2.4.8 using QGroundControl.I am using Rover4.1.0 firmware, QGroundControl version 4.0.10. I can calibrate Accelerometer successfully.But it is giving an error ‘mag(0) bad orientation: 7/39 1.1’. It is a new pixhawk and i am not expecting it is damaged. How to solve this ?

The gps mast as an orientation, it has to be pointing the right way as thats where the second compass is.
