On Compass calibration I get a very high number on the Z axis. Is this bad?

The instruction say that no axis should exceed 150.
The Tarot 650 quad w/Pixhawk on 3.1.4 flys well in stabilize mode. When I put it into Loiter mode it has a slight oscillation which make filming difficult.
I tried to do a compassmot but am having problem making the terminal work properly on my Mac.
