Compass calibration freezes

I cannot get compass calibrated anymore. It used to calibrate normally via mission planner.
Now when I start the calibration the green bar moves but stops at around 20%.(If i do large vehicle cal method it works)

Running Plane 4.0.7 on F765-wing with BN-880 compass and gps.

Any help appreciated.

I am running latest mission planner and also tried on QGC. no change
