Can't erase or delete waypoints in mission planner(BETA)

I’m using a pixhawk with rover 3.12 loaded.When I use the learning ch(7) it records the waypoints perfevtly.
I put in manual mode and toggle the ch 7 switch to clear the waypoints and I go to mission planner and read waypoints loads all of the previous waypoints.I delete the mission and they are still there.Can You please lok at the pixs attached?

change your wp radius down.
