I can’t connect to a pixhawk 1 with plane loaded. I can connect with Rover or Copter installed. With plane 3.8.4 loaded the middle (amber) LED is steady amber, which indicates an initialization problem. With copter or rover loaded the amber I/O light is off and I can connect to the pixhawk.
I am using mission planner. I have verified this 3 times by uploading the different firmwares. I even tried reverting back to plane 3.8.3. No luck.

Any ideas?
