I’ve had zero luck with the WiFi on the Speedybee F405 Wing also, mine just sits at “getting parameters” with no progress. No luck with BT using a mobile phone with QGC either. 
What firmware are you on? Currently there seems to be:

latest/dev (which I have running - don’t intend to fly on this, I’m hoping for an official Arduplane stable, but getting config done meanwhile…)

A “stable” 4.3.5 from Speedybee at SpeedyBee F405 WING APP Fixed Wing Flight Controller (direct link: https://store-fhxxhuiq8q.mybigcommerce.com/product_images/img_SpeedyBee_F405_WING_APP/ArduPilot_Stable_Firmware.rar ) which doesn’t appear at ArduPilot firmware : /Plane/stable-4.3.5
I should add that I haven’t tried the Beta yet due to issues reported at SpeedyBee F405 Wing Firmware - #3 by RizHass making me want to wait for stable.
Edit: I’ve just noticed that I am seeing some telemetry data come through in the background so i think the settings aren’t wrong…
