Can't build installer create.bat

Hi everyone!
I use WiX Toolset v3.11
A file is being created .msi 0B

Error: installer.was(182) : error LGHT0130 : The primary key ‘ngen_MissionPlannerexe’ is duplicated in table ‘NetFxNativeImage’. Please remove one of the entries or rename a part of the primary key to avoid the collision.

Has anyone encountered this problem?

did you rename the main executable name?
