After setup everything working normal, but I can’t arm the unit… Need help!!!
Here are a couple of things to check.
Arming is achieved by holding rudder (yaw) to the right for a few seconds
with 3.0 you have to calibrate the compass to get the system to arm.
Its also important to calibrate the radio settings (max and min settings for each channel)

Hi I read your post because I just upgraded to firmware 3.01 Arducopter and I also had problems ARMING.
From previous firmware releases I remember that all issues arewith arming, flying modes, calibations are usually explained in under new firmware release comments located HERE :

just to make it easy for you here is video how your issue was easly resolved doing all mandatory calibration procedures: COMPASS, ACCELROMETER , RADIO.
