Cannot get video on mission planner from Herelink

Hi my friends,ive got a slight problem with Mission Planner-Herelink,it connects great with mission planner for every thing over wi-fi except for video what am I doing wrong am loving mission planner now

is video working on the herelink itself? ie in solex etc?
and have you checked

Thank you Michael,video is working on Solex very good and recording well,think it is internet connection is problem will try latter with usb cable and see how I get on
