The only position I can mount an optical flow sensor makes the sensor partially obstructed by a copter leg.
Will the sensor still work properly or the field of view of the sensor must be free of any obstructions?
I cannot find any info on this.
Has anyone run into this issue?
I think that the px4flow sensor only uses a few parts of the frame when calculating the flow values so I think it depends upon whether the obstruction hits those part of not. My guess is that if it does obstruct those important parts then it will cause the readings to be less than they should be.

I will have to somehow find a place for that sensor.
