Can I do Auto Tune on a VTOL with it flying in plane loiter Solved

Hello my fellow flyers and ardupiloter’s,I am building a small VTOL and have done the Q plane auto tune easy peasy as done many quads before,my question is can I do the plane auto tune in plane loiter as this would be easy for me I think,many thank’s in advance
