Can anyone help me with my modified Bootloader?

i make the bootloader as a card reader.and flash FMU with firmware.bin files in tf card.
but there is an problem,the flasher works fine ,and then fmu startup,but i can’t call an ioboard upgrade,
did i missed something?

I not, we don’t actually read firmware files from an SD card…

If it is a SkyViper then there’s no io board.

it’s no skyviper,
just my modification.for waterproof i seal my flight controller.
it cost a very long time to download log files.
