Hi, can I bind two transmitters with one receiver ( not for simultaneous use). I want to use one transmitter at one end and another at the other end keeping in mind that one tx is ON at a time.

No, you can"t.
The binding process means storing the RC-transmitter ID in the receiver.
The open source RC-transmitter and modules like the 4in1 multi-protocol modules have allows cheating for this purpose. Here you can clone the transmitter-ID. This can be used for hand-over missions.

you can connect 2 different receivers to the flight controller and use dual remotes that way with one RX per TX.
