Big helicopter help

4.3.7 have not PILOT_RATE_Y_TC ,and just have PILOT_Y_RATE
How to setup PILOT_Y_RATE_TC ,Can you give me a reference value

I just got the parameter wrong. The one I was referring to is the PILOT_Y_RATE_TC
