Best way for tailsitter transition in manual modes

I am struggling with transitioning my dual-motor non-vectored tailsitter from FBWA to QSTABILIZE. What happens essentially is, after transition the plane can not pitch up to the vertical position. The CG is placed correctly according to the manufacturer. The plane is Eclipson E-VTOL. Below you can see an example of such transition.

I am considering the following:

  • higher throttle during transition.
  • manually pitch up (in FBWA) just before initiate the transition
  • change transition configuration (any suggestions?)
