Benewake TF03 180 sonnarrange is 0 all the time, please help!

Hello!

I’m using Benewake Tf-03 180m Can/Uart with pixhawk black cube on telem2 port. The supply voltage for the LiDar is separately from the autopilot so I can put any value from 5 to 24V. The Red faint light from the LiDar is visible.
All parameters for the LiDar has been set in Mission Planner according to website: Benewake TF02 / TF03 lidar/ TF-Luna — Copter documentation
My problem is: the sonnar range shows 0 all the time.
I’ve also tried changing the Rx/Tx. Using the application with an TTL converter it works, but I need it for autolanding a mini UAS, so I need him working on the board.
Please give me a hint, I’m out of time and options.

Best regards,

did you set the prx_type and avoid_enable parameters ?

I don’t have those parameters in MP. :frowning:

Sorry prx_type is for rover vehicles. But you should have avoid_enable in copter. And also you have the prx1_type, prx2_type, prx3_type parameters in copter that you want to set to define your proximity sensor. I’d say trying to set prx1_type to 5 and reboot to see the changes.

I figured it out, it was a common ground with the pilot problem. I was using two different ground’s for the telemetry port and for the alimentation, which was wrong. Thanks!
