Is there any reputed manufacturer like mauch for 24S voltage BEC ?

What output voltage do you want and how much current?

Two 5v outputs for autopilot, one 5v for telemetry and one 12v for video and LTE

There are chips that support this…the Analog Devices LTC7810, LTC7801, LTC3895, LTC3894, etc. I don’t know of any off-the-shelf BECs that use them though, but I’m not an expert in that area.

Otherwise you could use an existing 10s or 12s BEC and just hook it up to the balance lead at the appropriate voltage level. It would mean an unbalanced load on those cells, but the current draw would be relatively small compared to the load of actually flying.
