Battery Remain Percent is Always 0%

CubeOrange+ and can-l4-bm are used to create the drone.

The CAN device is (presumably) set up correctly and currently displays current and voltage without any problems, but there is a problem with the battery level always showing 0% (but the arm-check is fine, and the aircraft can fly normally). Perhaps it is simply not set up correctly, but as far as I have been able to find, most of the articles I have looked into have automatically displayed the % when setting the ammeter, and I have not been able to find it. If can-l4-bm is set up correctly, what is the % of the battery based on? Thank you in advance.

Configuration:
Flight Controller: Cube Orange+ and Carrier Board
Ammeter: Matech CAN-L4-BM (Connected to CAN2)
Battery: 2 LiPo batteries 6 cells 12000mAh connected in parallel (should therefore be 6 cells 24000mAh)
Ardupilot: Copter4.4.2
