Hello, just wondering whether I should copy the autotuned roll/pitch PIDs over to the loiter mode parameters, or should they be set separately?

Do not copy the rate and stabilize PIDs to the loiter PIDs! Your copter will likely be uncontrollable, go crazy and/or fly away!
