Autotune fails to save settings in Copter 3.3.3

Hi all,
I’m having troubles getting autotune to complete and/ or save PID values.
I have set the bitmask to only tune one axis at a time, but after a full battery the tune does not complete/ does not save the values. I have attempted to ‘help’ by going through the logs to find the last values the autotune was testing before the battery ran out, then using these as starting values on the next run, but still the autotune does not complete.
Can anybody shed some light on what I may be doing wrong?
